Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sourcing and acquisition of LAP business through DSA, connectors, channel partners, and direct sourcing.
  • Achieve monthly disbursement, login, and revenue targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with DSAs, brokers, builders, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct customer meetings and understand funding requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Monitor portfolio quality and maintain delinquency within prescribed limits.
  • Recruit, train, and manage channel partners and field sales executives.
  • Track market competition and identify new business opportunities
