Job Purpose
To drive business growth for the assigned location by acquiring new customers through DSA/channel sourcing as well as direct sourcing, while maintaining portfolio quality and ensuring controlled delinquency. The role will also be responsible for generating revenue through Life Insurance (LI).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard and develop new DSA/channel partners.
- Regularly visit and manage existing DSA/channel relationships.
- Build a strong network of channels handling Salaried and Self-Employed customers.
- Maintain a productive pipeline and ensure consistent business throughout the month.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential customers, including salaried and self-employed profiles.
- Generate business through both channel sourcing and self-sourcing.
- Track competitor rates, policies and market propositions.
- Conduct regular product and policy training for DSA/channel partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for channels.
- Maintain a healthy Login-to-Conversion ratio of 60%.
- Ensure 100% LI coverage on eligible proposals.
- Ensure complete documentation and proper pre-screening before login.
- Coordinate with the Risk team for PD and case processing.
- Ensure all cases are legally cleared before disbursement.
- Maintain portfolio quality and keep delinquency within defined norms.
- Ensure rejection levels remain within the prescribed threshold.
- Present cases for rate waivers and follow up on approvals.
- Coordinate for re-look of rejected cases wherever applicable.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate business through references.
- Ensure regular customer meetings and market visits.
- Meet at least 3 new customers every day.

Candidate Profile
- 6–8 years of relevant experience
- Graduate
- Prior experience in DSA / Channel Management
- Strong understanding of Mortgage / LAP business
- Good knowledge of local market and financial institution channels
- Experience in managing both Salaried and Self-Employed business is preferred.
