Key Responsibilities
- Generate LAP business through DSA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, brokers, and key channel partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market.
- Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for timely processing and disbursement.
- Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to company policies.
- Track sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports, and maintain CRM records.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
