Job Purpose
|
This role requires the candidate to be able to source as well as sell down structured products (DA/ PTC)
|

Role
|
- Handling compliance along with execution for all transactions
- Coordinating with various stakeholders
- Monitoring credit/ payouts for purchased portfolios
- Keeping track of all portfolios from risk and performance perspective
- Assisting Lead – Securitisation in generating leads for expansion
|
|
Qualification & experience
|
CA/ MBA
2-3 years front end work experience in DA/ PTC transactions
|
|
Essential skills
|
- Handled front end DA/PTC transactions in current role
- Knowledge of understanding waterfall/ servicer reports
- Aware of various regulations related to the transactions
- Good communication skill, multi-tasking skills and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a challenging and unstructured / dynamic environment
- Skilful in planning tasks and able to prioritize work and ability to work strategically
- Good Collaboration with various functions
