• Own end-to-end product lifecycle across lending journeys
• Drive product strategy, execution, and delivery
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, credit, data, operations, sales, and marketing
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-impact business outcomes
• Define and execute product vision aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Own product roadmap, feature prioritization, and delivery timelines
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Track and analyze product KPIs and performance metrics
• Present product insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Gather customer feedback and improve user experience continuously
• Drive innovation through new tools, technologies, and methodologies

• 2–3 years of experience in Product Management (Financial Services preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or business discipline
• MBA preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• B-School graduates preferred
• IIT graduates with 2–3 years of Product Management experience may be considered
• Experience working in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments
