Key Responsibilities 

• Engage with business stakeholders, technology teams, and partners to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. • Prepare and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications. 

• Oversee the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables are aligned with scope, timelines, and quality standards. • Collaborate across teams to design and implement solutions for acquiring, UPI, and POS payment flows. • Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process and system improvements. 

• Develop project documentation, track progress, and report status updates to senior management. 

• Maintain awareness of evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards within the payments domain.

QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Mandatory Skills 

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. 

• In-depth knowledge of acquiring payment systems, UPI, POS operations and Scheme Network. 

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and project management within the fintech or banking domain. • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities. 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. 

Preferred Skills 

• Familiarity with APIs, payment gateways, and settlement/reconciliation processes. 

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). 

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence 

• Process modeling tools and diagramming software’s. 

• Proficient in swim lanes, sequential diagrams, flow diagrams. 

Preferred Industry and Qualification. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology. 

• 7 years + in BFSI of which at least 3-4 years in payment industry is a must 

• Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) are advantageous.
