Role/ Job Title: State Head – Suvidha
Function/ Department: LAP Suvidha
Job Purpose:
Lead the State business across Suvidha LAP to expand revenue per existing customer.
Partner with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration via digital
medium, Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, channel/product
partners etc.to increase the penetration of entire portfolio. Improve the performance &
quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for
course correction to the Product and Sales teams. Guide the Product team in Suvidha
LAP category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Create environment for team to focus on digital enablement to fulfil customer needs
holistically
• Drive initiatives to meet Bank's rapid growth targets
• Acquisition of Suvidha LAP customers in the identified segment
• Meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month
by analysing transaction-banking needs of the customer
• Provide regular feedback to Regional Managers on opportunities and customer needs
• Ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures defined by
the organization
• Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
• Ensure quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduation
Experience: 10 to 18 years experiences in LAP Suvidha
