The State Head - Loan Against Property (LAP) Mumbai is a senior leadership role focused on driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, profitability, and portfolio quality for LAP. Responsibilities include developing channel strategies (DSA/Digital), leading sales teams, ensuring high credit quality, and managing regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth: Scale the LAP portfolio by acquiring new customers and expanding market share in Mumbai.
Strategy & Channel Management: Design strategies for channel distribution, including DSAs and digital marketplace partners to maximize sales.
Portfolio Quality: Collaborate with Credit and Collection teams to manage delinquency rates and maintain high-quality assets.
Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate high-performing teams, including State Heads and Relationship Managers, to achieve productivity targets.
Operational Excellence: Improve Turnaround Time (TAT) and enhance customer experience.
