Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Strategy: Develops strategies to expand product penetration, channels, and customer base within the state, utilizing digital channels and partner relationships.
  • Portfolio & Quality Management: Monitors portfolio health, controls delinquencies, and ensures high asset quality.
  • Sales Management: Leads, motivates, and guides sales teams (Area Sales Heads, Territory Managers) to achieve ambitious targets for Assets Under Management (AUM).
  • Relationship Management: Builds and nurtures strategic partnerships with dealers, OEMs, and key channel partners.
  • Compliance: Ensures adherence to internal policies and regulatory frameworks. 

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience: Generally 6 to 15 years of relevant experience in retail lending, business loans, or SME lending.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and managing regional/state sales.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, team leadership, and communication skills.
