Hire for frontline (Sales/Collections), mid-level, and HO functions.
Build and manage vendor/consultant relationships.
Work closely with business heads to understand hiring needs.
Prepare monthly & quarterly hiring plans.
Coordinate interview schedules with functional managers.
Use multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, internal references, campus tie-ups.
Build a pipeline for bulk-hiring roles (Sales, Collections).
Maintain a strong bench of candidates for critical positions.
Salary benchmarking and offer negotiation.
Ensure offer letters, documentation & joining formalities are completed smoothly.
Track recruitment MIS: daily/monthly dashboards, TAT, offer-to-joining ratios.
Promote NBFC employer value proposition through events, digital branding, and social media.
Plan hiring drives, walk-ins, and micro-market recruitment.
Ensure all hiring processes follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Background verification checks for all new hires.
Strong understanding of NBFC hiring (Sales, Credit, Risk, Ops).
Excellent stakeholder & team management.
Vendor management & bulk hiring experience.
Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, ATS tools.
Good negotiation & communication skills.
5–10 years in Talent Acquisition (mandatory NBFC or BFSI experience).
Experience in large-scale hiring preferred.
