Role Summary:

The Territory Incharge – OEM Sales will be responsible for driving sales through Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the assigned territory. This role involves developing strong relationships with OEM clients, managing order execution, and ensuring consistent revenue growth in alignment with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage OEM customers within the assigned territory.

  • Develop and execute a territory-wise OEM sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collection from OEM accounts.

  • Conduct regular visits and reviews with OEM partners to track performance, understand needs, and offer solutions.

  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Ensure stock availability, pricing adherence, and complaint resolution in coordination with the internal teams.

  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to promote new launches and product variants to OEM clients.

  • Maintain customer data, sales pipeline, and call reports via CRM or relevant systems.
