The Territory Incharge – Trade will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer/distributor networks, and expanding market presence for Greenply products within the assigned territory. The role requires strong relationship management, market intelligence, and execution capabilities to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory to achieve revenue targets.
  • Appoint, manage, and develop dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Ensure effective market coverage and visibility
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Execute trade marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and branding efforts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including dealers, contractors, carpenters, and influencers.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
  • Track stock levels at distributor/dealer points and ensure product availability.
  • Conduct regular market visits and submit detailed reports on sales performance and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for smooth operations.
