Key Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives for Car Loans in the assigned territory
  • Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with car dealerships, car manufacturers, and other referral sources
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competition
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to loan disbursal, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience
  • Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications
  • Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional sales manager
  • Train and mentor sales executives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills
  • Represent the bank at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the Car Loans product and build brand awareness
     

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of the car loans market and industry dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
