Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives for Car Loans in the assigned territory
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with car dealerships, car manufacturers, and other referral sources
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competition
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to loan disbursal, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications
- Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional sales manager
- Train and mentor sales executives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills
- Represent the bank at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the Car Loans product and build brand awareness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of the car loans market and industry dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
