Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive Personal Loan sales through our partner network. The role involves managing channel relationships, driving business volumes, ensuring process adherence, and delivering superior customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Acquire new channel partners and manage existing ones to generate Personal Loan business.

    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    • Identify new markets and opportunities within the assigned territory.

  • Channel Management:

    • Regularly engage with DSAs, connectors, and referral partners to ensure continuous lead flow.

    • Train and onboard partners on product features, eligibility, documentation, and processes.

    • Resolve partner issues and act as the first point of contact for escalations.

  • Sales Execution:

    • Source Personal Loan applications and ensure timely login and disbursal.

    • Drive productivity through partner visits, lead tracking, and pipeline management.

    • Work closely with credit and operations to ensure quick turnaround times.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory norms.

    • Monitor the quality of sourcing to avoid high delinquency and fraud.

  • Reporting & MIS:

    • Maintain accurate records of leads, closures, and partner performance.
