  • DSA Management: Developing, training, and motivating a network of DSAs to sell personal loan products. 
  • Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and DSAs. 
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets for personal loan acquisition. 
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to the bank's policies, guidelines, and relevant regulations. 
  • Market Knowledge: Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing DSA performance, providing feedback, and coaching.
