Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of DSTs (Feet-on-Street) to source open-market personal loans.
  • Target Achievement: Drive acquisition numbers and ensure consistent monthly loan disbursement volumes and revenue generation.
  • Portfolio Quality: Maintain excellent portfolio hygiene by minimizing delinquencies, application rejections, and fraudulent files.
  • Lead Management: Execute lead generation and promotional activities, and promptly convert and service leads received from branches or central teams.
  • Market Expansion: Identify high-potential business clusters, track competitor activity, and execute targeted penetration strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all selling norms, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines are strictly adhered to during loan processing.
