- Managing Cross Sell Business through our branches & Relationship Managers
- Needs to achieve monthly target on new Cross Sell Products (HL /LAP) acquisition and on retail spends volume.
- Would need to mentor a team of 15-7 Relationship Managers who FurtherWill drive the required productivity from the Sales Executives.
- Needs to monitor daily progress on each given objective.( Cross Sell - Multi Tasking).
- Needs to maintain excellent relationship with the branches mapped.
- Needs to manage service delivery issues which come through branches for Cross Sell function.
