Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, engaging, and impact-driven Training Specialist to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that are both engaging and business-relevant. This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles, exceptional facilitation skills, and the ability to design programs that inspire, build capability, and create measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Training Design & Development
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and learning objectives.
Design structured training programs that align with business goals and adult learning principles.
Create impactful visual content and use storytelling to simplify complex information.
Develop training tools, modules, and resources that are engaging, results-driven, and tailored to diverse learning styles.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Deliver interactive, high-impact training sessions for various target audiences including trainers, educators, HR professionals, and other L&D roles.
Employ modern facilitation techniques to keep learners engaged and motivated throughout the learning journey.
Use technology, visual aids, and dynamic teaching methods to enhance retention and relevance.
Build learner confidence, improve body language, and manage Q&A sessions—even under pressure.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Measure training effectiveness using feedback tools, assessments, and KPIs.
Offer insightful feedback and coaching to drive continuous skill improvement.
Foster post-training learning sustainment through coaching, learning journeys, and follow-up tools.
Continuously refine training programs based on participant feedback and performance outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a trainer, instructional designer, facilitator, or similar L&D role.
Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
Skilled in using visual design, tools, and technology for training delivery.
Ability to coach others and give actionable feedback.
Confident in managing group activities, discussions, and simulations.
Preferred Background
Experience in corporate learning environments.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
Certification in Instructional Design, Facilitation, or Coaching (e.g., CPTD, DDI, ATD) is a plus.
